PVCs in heart failure: what to medically treat, ablate, or leave alone

This iHF Course session focuses on the management of premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) in patients with heart failure. The panel discuss differentiating benign PVCs from those causing left ventricular dysfunction, the criteria to decide between medical treatment, catheter ablation, or conservative monitoring, and the evidence supporting timely intervention to improve or reverse PVC-induced cardiomyopathy.
