Are you working on an innovative clinical case or research project in the field of heart failure? Do you want to share your findings with a leading international audience?

The iHF invites healthcare professionals, researchers, and early-career clinicians to contribute to the scientific programme by submitting their work. This is your opportunity to gain visibility, exchange with top experts, and contribute to the evolution of trans-disciplinary heart failure care.

What Can You Submit? 

Submissions are accepted in two categories: 

  • Clinical Case – Showcase a real-world case that highlights decision-making, innovation, or multidisciplinary teamwork in heart failure care. 
  • Clinical Research – Present original data from ongoing or completed research with potential impact on clinical practice.

Key Dates

  • Submission opens: Beginning of October 2025 
  • Submission deadline: 17 November 2025 
  • Notification of acceptance: Mid-December 2025

Selected submissions will be featured during the iHF 2026 Annual Course, taking place 20–21 March 2026 in Madrid, Spain.

Accepted presenters will benefit from a special registration rate of €225, available until February 19, 2026.
